Happy Monday! I hope your weekend was wonderful. Mine was spent mostly indoors avoiding the cold and snow flurries, snuggling with The Honey, watching movies and eating great food--so in short: it was perfect. The outfit is actually what I wore to work on casual Friday. I'm not normally a huge fan of jeans, making my Fridays a bit less casual than others in the office (though "less casual than others" is pretty much how I live my entire life...); but after posting style inspiration for Friday, I was myself inspired by the first photo in this post to do a little jeans x blazer thang. I actually felt great about the way it turned out, and with the few hours of sunlight I gained after an early end to the work day, it seemed like the perfect moment for a photo shoot (s/o to The Kid, my budding little photog--he actually has suggestions on posing and lighting now. Loves it!). 

And with this Monday comes the beginning of a new work week (for some of us). If you're off today, I hope you enjoy the sweetness of an extra day to yourself; and if you're headed into the office as I am, let's use this day as a head start to kick some "to do" list butt, shall we?
