Happy June, Love Bugs! Warm weather, it seems, has finally come to stay--and just as we are at the cusp of the first day of summer. 'Tis the season for frolicking and fun in the sun! Since Memorial Day is the unofficial start to summer fun, the teen and I took some time out to hang in the park before heading across town to see some friends. And that seemed like as good a time as any for a short photo shoot!
In general, maxi dresses are way too long for me and this one is no different. But I love it so much and it's soooo comfy, that I'll occasionally toss it on with heels (and it's still too long, ha!).
When it comes to jewelry, I'm usually an arm party / statement necklace / cocktail ring kinda gal, and I keep my earrings simple. But there's something I adore about bigger earrings in the summer when my hair is pulled back. And hoops are my fave because they give a little bit of a gypsy vibe...I especially love this detailed pair of
