Boonie of The Boonie Breakdown and I have been friends for a long time, and one of the things we find coming up consistently in our conversations is wellness! From exercise to meditation to journaling to straight up girl time, we try to be intentional about our physical + emotional health. To that end we are always looking for fun and interesting things to do and we'd see amazing events that were never accessible in our area. So, we decided to create them! Enter The Perfect Breakdown events! We think they're the perfect way to take a break from the world for a minute and get down to the business of taking care of yourself. This signature The Perfect Breakdown event features an hour long zen yoga session that begins with a brief meditation, and is followed by mingling with other attendees. Balancing wine in one hand and light snacks in the other is strongly encouraged. Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, socks, a sweatshirt, and a willingness to let go.
